RODGERS ALLEN
Chief of Analysis & Insights
Mr. Rodgers Allen, Jr. is the Chief of Analysis & Insights for Pluribus Inc. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Allen joined the United States Army and served as a logistician, while stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. From there, he deployed to Desert Shield/Desert Storm and provided logistics support to the 82nd Airborne and 7th Corps Infantry Divisions.
Completing these tours of duty, Mr. Allen joined the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department where he would serve in several investigation bureaus, to include Internal Affairs, Criminal Investigations, and Narcotics. Due to his exemplary service, Mr. Allen was recruited to join the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he served on the Joint Terrorism Task Force for eight years.
Mr. Allen would later be recruited by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency to serve as an Imagery Analyst. There, Mr. Allen would spend the next 10 years learning and deepening his analytic knowledge, skill, ability and network as a geospatial expert in many different roles; culminating in his Joint Duty Assignment as the Deputy Director of Planning and Strategy for the U.S. Intelligence Community’s Chief Information Officer, Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Mr. Allen holds a B.A. in Political Science from Webster University and is the recipient of numerous awards, including the prestigious National Security Initiative and the Department of Justice Distinguished Service Award.
