Technical Director
Ms. Kenyahette Stevenson is the Technical Director for Pluribus Inc., a technology company focused on big data, geosocial, and geospatial analytics solutions supporting mission-driven innovation and emerging technologies. Ms. Stevenson joined Pluribus to help strengthen technical operations, cybersecurity modernization, and cloud-focused initiatives that support the company’s growing vision for secure, scalable, and mission-focused solutions.
In her role as Technical Director, Ms. Stevenson supports technical operations, cybersecurity initiatives, application hardening efforts, and operational coordination supporting cloud-based and mission-focused technologies. She is recognized for her ability to bridge technical execution with leadership communication while supporting fast-paced operational environments.
Ms. Stevenson began her professional career in customer service and operational support roles, developing a strong foundation in communication, logistics, and team coordination. She later transitioned into technical support and information technology, where she gained hands-on experience supporting enterprise users, troubleshooting systems, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining operational continuity across large user environments. Through roles involving technical support, system administration, and help desk leadership, she built expertise in user administration, device management, access provisioning, and process improvement.
Prior to joining Pluribus, Ms. Stevenson supported operations within federal and contractor environments where she worked extensively with cloud technologies, identity and access management, mobile device management, and secure collaboration platforms. Her technical experience includes supporting CI/CD environments, GitLab administration, Google Workspace administration, JAMF mobile device management, AWS-related operations, and cybersecurity compliance initiatives. She has also contributed to process optimization efforts that improved operational efficiency, strengthened documentation practices, and reduced support escalations.
In addition to her technical leadership responsibilities, Ms. Stevenson is passionate about cybersecurity, digital transformation, and emerging technologies that improve operational readiness and secure user experiences. She is particularly interested in secure cloud operations, DevSecOps modernization, and technology solutions that support government and enterprise missions.
Ms. Stevenson holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Arizona Global Campus and has earned the CompTIA Security+ certification. She continues to expand her expertise through hands-on technical leadership, cybersecurity initiatives, and emerging technology programs.
Ms. Stevenson resides in Montgomery, Alabama and remains committed to advancing secure, scalable, and mission-focused technology solutions.
